Alternative Depositary for Private Equity Funds - Financial Yearbook 2015

With the introduction of the German Capital Investment Code („KAGB“) in the context of the implementation of the Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive (”AIFMD“), the legislator has set up another regulatory institution also for private equity funds, namely the (alternative) depositary as defined by Sections 80 et seq. KAGB to protect investors.
