Yong Shang

Yong Shang has been working as a tax specialist at BLL since 2022. In his role at BLL, he focuses in particular on tax compliance for national and international private equity and venture capital funds.

Prior to joining BLL, Yong worked as a tax associate in the tax compliance department for real estate funds at a law firm in Munich and at a renowned tax firm in the field of international tax law and the China Desk.

Yong successfully completed his Chinese law studies at a renowned university in Beijing and his postgraduate studies in the fundamentals of German law with a focus on tax law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, graduating with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
