Solveig Hanke

Solveig Hanke has been working as a commercial lawyer at BLL since 2012. Her practice focuses on tax compliance for national and international private equity and venture capital funds. In addition, she advises domestic private equity and venture capital funds on a wide range of tax matters, with a particular emphasis on preparing annual financial statements and quarterly reports.

Prior to joining BLL, Solveig worked as a graduate business lawyer at an international audit and tax consulting firm in the area of tax compliance for domestic partnerships and corporations as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Solveig completed her degree in German and European business law at the University of Siegen.
