Julia Hofstetter

Julia Hofstetter has been Head of HR & Corporate Culture at BLL since 2025. Not only is she our main point of contact for all relevant internal employee matters, she also serves as the first touchpoint for applicants and new team members.

Julia began her career as a marketing expert at international advertising agencies in London and Hamburg before discovering her passion for employer branding. In this field, she worked on employer brands across a wide range of industries and markets. In 2021, she fully transitioned into holistic HR management.
